Server Hotfix 05.09.2013

All servers will be updated during normal server restarts at 8:00 PM PT
for EU and 4:00 AM PT for US. There is no additional downtime
anticipated for this update. Players may note the following changes:

General

• Players should no longer lose passive abilities after completing a Legends match that was active before entering the match.
  
• Players should now find that blocking and counter immunity from blocking has returned to normal.
  

Solo Challenge: Iconic Anomaly Missions

• The Hunt:
  
  
  
  • Batman and Lex Luthor will wait to transform test subjects until they've walked a few feet into the simulation.
    

• Test Subject #1:
  
  
  
  • Scientists will now run away instead of being paralyzed with fear in the Bizarro Iconic Anomaly.
    

Powers

• Quantum Powers
  
  
  
  • Gravity Well, Gravitonic Field, and Gravity Bomb will no longer
    cause players to be stuck in the stun animation after breaking out.
    
  • Tachyon Blast - The damage to enemies no longer splits with objects.
    

• Nature:
  
  
  
  • Corrected an issue that would occasionally prevent Swarm from
    attacking targets when its owner used targeted AOE attacks from range.
    

Nexus of Reality

• Fixed an issue that was limiting the use of some abilities by the shifted council members in the final boss fight.
  
• Resolved resilience issue with the Guise of the Nexus robots in the Control Room boss fight.
  

Feats

• PAI PVE: Both Anomalies - Completing both Iconic Anomalies will now
  add to the solo challenge complete feat. EX: Complete 10 challenges,
  50, 100 etc.
  
• Quantum characters should now be able to see the feat "Commanding Presence".
  
• Quantum power characters should now receive the feat for obtaining level 10 as a controller.
  

Gear

• The Enduring Hammer weapon is now salvageable.
  

Operations:

General

• NPCs in the Family Reunion and Brothers in Arms operations should be a little more generous with vendor-sellable drops.
  
• The Iconic Battles from the Family Reunion and Brothers in Arms
  operations no longer have a chance to drop an additional 5 Marks of
  Triumph.
  

Family Reunion: Crime Alley

• Onscreen Objectives will now reset if your group wipes and the battle resets.
  
• Batman/Lex Luthor has agreed to stand and fight instead of fleeing at the worst time possible.
  

Origin Crisis: Brother In Arms

• Batman and Catwoman will no longer inflict interrupt when lunging in
  at unsuspecting ranged characters. This attack is also no longer
  vulnerable to block.
