Login Problems

We are experiencing and investigating login problems today beginning around 10:15 Pacific. As a result, you may be logging in and not seeing any of your characters. Don't worry, your characters are fine.

We will update this thread once we know more or the problem is resolved.

We have locked the worlds to new logins until we have fixed the problem. Those of you still logged in may notice us restarting several services in-game. We will recommend everyone log out and back in once the issue is resolved.

These problems have been resolved and all servers are online. If you remained online throughout and you notice anything not working, please log out and back in.
