Server Downtime - July 16, 2013

A hotfix will be applied to all servers tonight during regular restarts (4:00AM PDT or 4:00AM CET). Additionally, downtime will be extended to perform maintenance on all servers. Downtime is expected to last about 3 hours. Players may notice the following changes:
